(hereinafter also referred to as “Organization”) with registered office and operational headquarters located in Via Tarantelli, 2/4, 42021, Barco di Bibbiano (RE), Tax Code and VAT Number IT00657060356, as Data controller of your personal data, in accordance with the Legislative Decree 196/03 and the Regulation (EU) 679/2016, relating to the “protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data”, hereby informs you that the processing of your data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
2 – REPRESENTATIVE OF THE DATA CONTROLLER
There is no provision for a representative of the Data Controller within this organisation, as this is not necessary in accordance with the Regulations.
3 – DATA PROTECTION OFFICER – DPO
There is no Data Protection Officer within this organisation as this is not necessary under the Rules themselves.
4 – PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The purposes of the processing of your personal data are different but united by the desire to meet your needs and will be implemented only with your free consent.
- “Contacts”, to request information on new products by filling in the mandatory fields of the “Request Information” form: Name, Surname, Address (Street/Place/Course and house number, Location, State/Province/Nation), Email, Telephone, Message.
- “Access or User Registration” to request registration to the site by filling in the mandatory fields of the form: Name, Surname, Company, Tax Code, VAT number, Address, City, ZIP code, Province, Country, Email, Telephone.

5 – LEGAL BASIS AND LAWFULNESS OF THE PROCESSING DATA
With reference to the lawfulness of the processing data, the undersigned specifies, below, the legal bases on which they are based:
- a) For the purposes referred to in Point 4., letters a) of this statement, the processing of your personal data is possible only and exclusively with your specific consent (art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Regulation).
6 – MODALITIES OF THE PROCESSING DATA
Each processing data takes place through the adoption of security, technical and organizational measures, appropriate to the processing itself as reported in art. 32 of the Regulation and Annex B of Legislative Decree 196/03 still in force. All data are processed both with the help of computer systems and, if necessary, by means of special paper databases. We use a wide range of technologies and advanced security procedures to facilitate the protection of personal data against the risks described above.
7 – RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
The recipients of personal data for the abovementioned purposes will be solely and exclusively the Owners of this Organization, employees and direct partners of the Organization itself for the sole purpose of performing the service requested by the user unless the communication is required by law or is strictly necessary for the fulfilment of user requests.

8 – TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY

9 – STORING PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data are not stored for longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes of processing the specific data described herein, unless more or less long storage periods are provided for under the laws in force.
- For the purposes of processing indicated in point 4., letters a) of this statement, and only with your specific consent, your personal data will be kept for the duration of any service requested. In the event that, from such contact, a formal contractual relationship would be established, your data will be kept as required by law and regulations in force regarding the maintenance of accounting, tax and administrative records and, more generally, business relationships. If the user does not correspond to the profile required for registration to the site (reseller), the data will not be stored.

You have the right to request from the Data Controller access, cancellation, communication, updating, rectification, opposition to processing, integration, limitation, portability, knowledge of the violation of your personal data, and in general, you can exercise all the rights provided for in art. 13 and following of EU Regulation 679/2016. Your data will not be included in any automated decision-making process.
